Constructed from hairnets, gauze, and steel these pieces reflect on parts of the body, investigating ideas about wounds, aberrant growth, and healing. Questions are being asked about what we are prepared to display on the outside- an indispensable aspect of wearing jewelry- and what we like to keep hidden under the skin.
